Refund Eligibility
You may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial Pro subscription purchase, no questions asked. This applies to both monthly and annual plans.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at hello@fakeradar.app with your account email address. Please include the reason for your request so we can improve our service. We aim to process all refund requests within 3-5 business days.
Processing
Refunds are processed through Paddle, our payment provider. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer, typically 5-10 business days.
Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation:
- Your Pro features remain active until the end of the current billing period
- No further charges will be made
- After the billing period ends, your account reverts to the Free plan
- Your analysis history is retained according to the Free plan policy (30 days)
Pro-rata Refunds
For annual plans cancelled after the 14-day refund window, we offer pro-rata refunds for the unused portion of your subscription period. Monthly plans are not eligible for pro-rata refunds after the 14-day window.
Exceptions
Refunds are not available in the following cases:
- Accounts terminated due to Terms of Service violations
- Requests made after the 14-day refund window (except pro-rata for annual plans)
- Fraudulent or abusive refund requests
