Frequently Asked Questions
AI-based content detection is a probabilistic process — it does not produce definitive results. False negatives and positives are always possible. That is why we use phrases like "certain signals were detected in this content" rather than "this is fake." We always recommend supporting any decision with human evaluation.
Pro users are placed in a separate processing queue. During peak times, free users' jobs wait in line while Pro analyses are processed immediately. This brings waiting time down to nearly zero.
Your original uploaded images are not stored on our servers. Pro users' videos are stored securely alongside analysis results and can be deleted at any time. Only the SHA-256 hash of the content and the normalized analysis result are saved. This way, if the same content is uploaded again, we can return the result without making an API call.
You can cancel at any time from the "Subscription" section in your account settings. When you cancel, your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged for the next period.
Payments are securely processed via Paddle. Visa, Mastercard, and American Express are accepted. Paddle acts as the merchant of record and handles billing and tax compliance on your behalf.
