Terms of Service

FakeRadar is an analysis tool designed to detect signals indicative of AI-generated content in images and videos. The service provides analytical assessments; it does not serve as definitive proof or official verification.

FakeRadar does not: legally certify the authenticity of content, make content moderation decisions, or present results as forensic evidence.

By using our service you agree to the following rules:

• No illegal, obscene, or harmful content may be uploaded
• Images that violate others' privacy may not be analyzed
• Spam, automation, or bulk abuse is prohibited
• APIs may not be accessed without authorization or reverse-engineered
• Accounts may not be shared or transferred to others

In the event of a violation of these terms, FakeRadar reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account without prior notice. This may apply in cases of illegal content uploads, system abuse, identity verification violations, or attempts to harm the platform.

Evidence retention and notification: When a violation is detected, relevant content and technical records (access logs, content hashes, detection scores) may be retained for up to 90 days. You will be notified at your registered email address if your account is restricted, along with the reason.

Non-refundable cases: If an account is terminated due to a violation of these terms, no refund of remaining subscription fees will be issued. Any damage or cost incurred by FakeRadar as a result of the violation may be offset against any refundable amount. Your legal rights remain intact in cases of wrongful restriction.

You are solely responsible for the security of your account. Keep your password confidential and use a strong password. You are responsible for all actions taken under your account.

If you notice unauthorized use of your account, contact our support team immediately.

FakeRadar results do not constitute definitive proof. No analysis result may be used as the sole basis in legal proceedings, legal actions, or official opinions.

Analysis outputs are statistical signal assessments. Accuracy cannot be guaranteed; contextual interpretation is always required. For more information, see our guide to interpreting results.

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel at any time; upon cancellation, your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Refunds may be requested within 14 days of purchase. For annual plans, a pro-rata refund is provided for unused time after the 14-day refund window. Monthly plans are non-refundable after the 14-day window.

Occasional brief interruptions may occur due to planned maintenance, infrastructure updates, or unexpected technical issues. Planned maintenance will be announced in advance.

FakeRadar is not liable for data loss or access disruption caused by service interruptions.

FakeRadar is not liable for misinterpretation of analysis results, decisions made based on those results, or damages caused by third-party services.

Content uploaded to the platform belongs entirely to the user. If uploaded content infringes third-party rights, contains illegal material, or causes other harm, full legal and financial responsibility rests with the uploading user. FakeRadar cannot be held liable for claims arising from such content in its role as an intermediary.

Our maximum liability is limited to the subscription fee paid for the relevant period.

These terms may be updated with prior notice. Significant changes will be announced by email. Continuing to use the service after the effective date of a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
