Verify Images Without
Compromising Sources
FakeRadar runs multi-engine forensic analysis on images — no account required, no files stored. Zero-retention by design, so the content you investigate stays between you and the story.
Why Newsrooms Choose FakeRadar
Built for the verification workflow
Privacy First
Uploaded files are never stored on our servers. Analysis runs in-memory and the file is discarded immediately after processing. Only a cryptographic hash of the content is retained for caching.
Multi-Signal Analysis
We don't rely on a single model. FakeRadar combines five independent forensic signals — ELA, FFT, C2PA, EXIF, and Hive AI — to give you a layered picture of the content's authenticity.
Signal-Based Results
FakeRadar never says "this is fake." We surface forensic signals and let you judge. This approach is aligned with how professional fact-checkers and digital forensics experts work.

What FakeRadar checks
Each analysis runs five independent forensic checks and combines the results into a single report you can share or export.
Reveals compression inconsistencies across the image — a common artefact of digital manipulation or AI generation.
Identifies repeating synthetic patterns in the image's frequency spectrum that are invisible to the naked eye.
Verifies whether the image carries a cryptographically signed provenance record showing its origin and edit history.
Reads camera model, GPS coordinates, timestamps and software fields. Missing or inconsistent EXIF data can indicate manipulation.
Industry-leading deep-learning model trained specifically to detect AI-generated and deepfake images.
Verification Workflow
Verify an image in under 60 seconds
Upload the image
Drag and drop or select any JPEG, PNG or WebP file. No account required for guest analysis. Your file goes directly to our analysis pipeline.
Analysis runs automatically
FakeRadar runs ELA, FFT, C2PA, EXIF and Hive AI checks in parallel. Results are typically ready in under 10 seconds.
Review and share the report
Read the signal breakdown, review ELA and FFT heatmaps, and share a permalink with your editor or team — all without revealing the original file.
Zero-Retention Policy
Your sources stay protected
We never store your uploads. Analysis runs in-memory and the file is discarded immediately after results are generated. No image ever touches a persistent disk on our infrastructure. The only thing we retain is a SHA-256 hash of the content — so if the same image is submitted again, we can return a cached result without reprocessing.
For sensitive investigations, you can use guest mode — no account, no cookies, no trail.
